HOA bookkeeping and accounting

Everything your association's books need, every month.

Assessments

We bill assessments and post every payment, whether owners pay by statement, coupon, credit card or ACH, so each owner ledger stays accurate.

Late notices

Owners who miss the due date get a late notice shortly after your association's grace period ends, with late fees applied per your governing documents.

Collections support

We track delinquent accounts, send notices in line with your collection policy, and prepare delinquency reports for the board and your attorney.

Bill payments

Vendor invoices are entered, routed for board approval and paid from your operating or reserve account on schedule.

Monthly financial statements

A board-ready package each month: income, expenses, budget versus actual, reserves and bank reconciliations.

Reserve tracking

Reserve contributions and expenses are tracked separately so the board always knows where reserve funds stand.

All HOA clients receive

How are assessments collected?

Owners can pay by billing statement, payment coupon, credit card or ACH automatic withdrawal. We post every payment to the owner's ledger and reconcile deposits to the bank each month.

What happens when an owner pays late?

A late notice goes out after your grace period, and late fees are applied as your governing documents allow. Continued delinquencies follow your collection policy, and we keep the board and your attorney informed with a delinquency report.

What does the board receive each month?

A financial statement package with income and expenses, budget versus actual, reserve balances, bank reconciliations and an owner delinquency report.

Can you pay the association's bills?

Yes. We enter vendor invoices, route them for board approval and pay them from the operating or reserve account.

Do you work with management companies?

Yes. We support self-managed boards and community management companies that need back-office accounting help.
